Sierra Leone Second Financial Inclusion Project

PCL International developed an Interoperability Framework and Enterprise Architecture for Public Financial Management Systems in Sierra Leone, designing a Government Service Bus (GSB) based on X-Road technology to enable seamless data exchange across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.

Audit Service Sierra Leone (ASSL)

Under the Public Financial Management Improvement and Consolidated Project (PFMICP), PCL International conducted a skills gap analysis, developed a capacity building plan and delivered training in IT Audit, Performance Audit, Revenue Audit, Environmental and Procurement Audits for all professional staffs of ASSL.

West African Monetary Agency

Under the Public Financial Management and Performance Management Reforms (PFM/PMR) Project funded by the Inter- American Development Bank, PCL International collaborated with Cowater Inc. to implement the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) and capacity-building component. The firm also partnered with the University of The Bahamas to develop an output- based IT capacity-building and digitization program for the public service.
